The tasty meats of Piedmont, the intense fragrances of the mountains, the genuineness of fresh produce in an atmosphere of carefree Sunday feasting. When it snows outside, the fireplace crackles dancing with the scent of food and a good wine warms the heart. In this context we offer the best of our chef's creativity.
Flowers and herbs from our pastures where the aromas and colours of the mountains meet, pasta made with artisanal flours, selected game, desserts with ancient and true flavours.
Strictly fresh, simple and fragrantly genuine dishes.
Of course, we also cater for all your dietary or special dietary requirements. Gluten-free, vegetarian, raw cuisine, lactose-free, for diabetics, children's menus, or if you have a diet to follow: your stomach must feel good too during your holiday at the Shackleton!
We wanted to break out of the usual mould. Taste is a "journey", it has to be a pleasant surprise against the monotony of the usual "table" repeated every evening. Shackleton offers a novelty in the hotel tourism sector: "TRAVEL TASTE". Themed evenings in the hotel dedicated to particular specialities (from cheeses and cured meats produced by local artisans to splendid regional food and wine evenings).
