Osteria Le Ramine is located in Borgo San Paolo, not far from the centre.
Ten tables in a unique space, with exposed bricks, a vaulted ceiling and all the warmth, hospitality and flavours of the old taverns.
The menu is seasonal, the products are "Km 0"... or almost, with an important contribution from Val Chisone: alpine cheeses, river trout, Piedmontese meat.
Pasta, bread, gnocchi, biscuits, ice cream: if they come out of Le Ramin-e's kitchen it means they are homemade. And on the cheese board, the best selection of high quality small producers.
