The Antica Osteria dell'Orsa is located in a small square in the historic centre of Savigliano.
The restaurant has two rooms and offers traditional cuisine. Among the dishes on the menu there are the vitello tonnato (veal in tuna sauce), the anchovies in green sauce, the raw meat of fassone (Piedmontese beef), tajarin with sausage sauce, the Madama La Piemonteisa (grilled female rib of veal served with a sauce taken from the recipe book of the Contessa di Santarosa) and other dishes.
