La Master's Vineyard It was born from the desire to remember el Maestru 'Castlin, a stern but esteemed elementary school teacher of the village who spent every free moment among the rows of his vineyards, in his vegetable garden or in the woods with his beloved dog looking for truffles.
A lover of wine and food, he passed on his passions to his son Fulvio, perhaps “better with the neck of a guitar than with that of a hoe”, as the Maestro used to say.
From generation to generation, the baton passes to Chiara, Fulvio's daughter, who with the help of her brother Fausto and the experience and hand of Chef Marina Ponce, has decided to give life to this activity, carrying on her grandfather's ancient passion.
