An à la carte restaurant where the great mastery of our staff led by Fabio Sala with important consultancy, meets the historic tradition of Italian and Piedmontese cuisine with a maniacal attention to local products.

Inventiveness, genius and valorization of raw materials make the dining experience worth living in the name of an emotion that passes through a high level of service, also materialized in the standard of hospitality: Flanders on the floor, upholstered armchairs, German crystals, heavy silver cutlery are the worthy setting for a unique cuisine. Red brick barrel vaults, large silverware, brocades and Persian carpets are the constant of a delightfully ancient atmosphere.
