About 4 km from the center of Savigliano, in the Santa Rosalia hamlet, towards Cavallermaggiore, in an ancient country estate of the noble Perrone di San Martino, there is now a restaurant pizzeria characterized by a fish and meat cuisine, completing the request with different types of dough. Two large rooms with barrel vaults and exposed brick on the ground floor and a modern room on the first floor allow in normal times a capacity of about 250 seats. Outside there are green lawns, trees and a vegetable garden serving the kitchen. 

The summer terrace composed of 9 gazebos (4×3) placed on green lawn and a terrace 24 m long by 6 m long, allow a capacity of about 200 seats outdoors. Vintage car rallies, sporting and folk events, music and concerts characterize our summer.
